DRAG PAC is a collective of DRAG entertainers and seasoned queer professionals who have banded together to educate, invigorate and motivate the LGBTQ voter base to create a community of empowered and informed citizens that participate in the democratic process, amplifying the values and issues that affect them as unique but equal American citizens.

I am a U.S. citizen or lawfully admitted permanent resident (i.e., green card holder).

  1. This contribution is made from my own funds, and funds are not being provided to me by another person or entity for the purpose of making this contribution.

  2. I am at least eighteen years old.

  3. I am not a federal contractor.

DRAG PAC is a federally registered political entity under the designation of a Non-Contribution Account PAC, often known as a “Hybrid PAC.” As such, DRAG PAC is permitted to receive unlimited donations from U.S. citizens & lawful permanent residents, along with U.S. businesses and labor unions (provided the funds originated within the U.S. and no foreign national participated in the decision to donate) to the PAC’s Non-Contribution account. Donations from foreign nationals are strictly forbidden. Personal donations to DRAG PAC are divided as such: $5,000 annually is directed to a bank account functioning as a Federal PAC, while the surplus goes into an account often referred to as a “Non-Contribution Account.
